Introduction
By participating in the raffle, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The raffle is administered by ANDRITZ AG, Statteggerstraße 18, 8045 Graz / Austria (“ANDRITZ”). The terms and conditions are governed by Austrian law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Graz.

Eligibility to Enter
The raffle is open to participants over 18 years of age. ANDRITZ’ employees, directors or representatives are excluded from participating in the raffle. By participating in the raffle, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. There is a limit of one entry per person per day and participation is free of charge. To participate in the raffle, participants must answer the winning questions and submit their data on the online form.

The Prize
The winning prize will be 1x earphone from SPECTRUM - ANDRITZ’s Pulp & Paper customer magazine. ANDRITZ’s use of specific brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and is not redeemable for cash. ANDRITZ reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. ANDRITZ’s decision on any aspect of the raffle is final and binding.

Winner Announcement
The winner will be selected at random among the participants who correctly answered the questions in the online form and will be informed by e-mail (from [email protected]).

Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the online form will be used by ANDRITZ for the purposes of administering the raffle and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy. The winner's first name and country of residence will be announced on ANDRITZ’s website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability
ANDRITZ AG accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the raffle or not being selected for a prize, or for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize.

General
ANDRITZ reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the raffle or amend these terms and conditions.
